Factory Assembled

Use the union nut to join to the exit of the water meter then use the HDPE adaptor to join the HDPE pipe going to the units. Just 2 joints and your work is done. Fast and simple. Components in the water meter assembly are PN 16 rated and tested. The use of union joints and rubber rings enables quick and easy replacement and maintenance of this assembly. The use of 20mm (3/4 inch) fittings usage in the meter assembly allows for higher flow rates and pressures at your building units.

Chezy 20mm (3/4 Inch) Check Valve (PN16)

The ingenious patented Chezy union check valve (PN16) comes with rubber gaskets to allow one direction flow of water with union joints at both ends. This makes jointing and removal extremely fast and easy from the assembly, just unlock the union nuts and remove the check valve. No dismantling of the whole assembly.

The 20mm union stop valve together with rubber gaskets make jointing and removal fast and easy. This union stop valve is rated to PN16. The larger 20mm (3/4inch) stop valve ensures higher volume and water pressures into your housing unit. Just dismantle the union nuts on the stop valve and remove the stop valve for maintenance. Fast and easy.
