The End to All Your Floor Traps Problem

The bottom of the floor trap body has a screwed-on cap that can be removed from below the slab to access the outgoing pipe for rodding in the event of blockages.

The catalogue also states that the system can be serviced from the top of the bathroom, allowing maintenance either from above or below the floor slab.

Maintenance Steps

  1. Remove the grating and hair trap from the collar.
  2. Clean the hair trap by removing trapped hair and dirt.
  3. Remove the baffle container from the body of the trap.
  4. Remove any hair and dirt caught by the baffle container.
  5. Pour water into the trap to flush out any dirt, etc.
  6. Replace baffle container into the trap body. Ensure that the baffle container sits firmly in the body.
  7. Replace cleaned hair trap into the collar.
  8. Finish the maintenance of the all-access floor trap by replacing the grating.
