Patented Chezy Superior Mechanical Fittings (SIRIM 11)

Why Chezy Mechanical Fittings Beat Every Brand ?
Jointing of mechanical fittings to HDPE pipes was previously done by the “feel” of the installer. The Chezy system removes the guesswork by using a visible indicator at the back of the nut.
No feel, only science. Tighten the nut with a wrench until you can visually see the indicator. This gives specifiers and installers greater confidence that the joint will not leak.
No Fuss, No Hassle Installation – Fool Proof
Step 1
Push pipe fully over barbs onto the fitting until it stops.
Step 2
Hold the pipe by hand and turn the nut anti-clockwise until it bites the outside of the pipe.
Step 3
Lock the nut tightly using wrenches and continue until the white indicator is visible.
