Chezy Industries has expanded its portfolio by responding to the changing requirements in sewerage, water, plumbing and infrastructure applications.
The product range reflects a continuing emphasis on simpler installation, dependable flow performance, access for maintenance and the use of polymer-based systems in demanding environments.
Introduced the Polypropylene Inspection Chamber — won the Best New Product at the Archidex exhibition
Launched our groundbreaking Hybrid Stop Valve — a true game-changer in the plumbing industry. Our stop valves are compatible with both PN16 and PN12.5 HDPE pipes, as well as uPVC pipes
Floor Traps segment; created All Access Floor Trap — first in Malaysia with both top & bottom accessibility
Patented HDPE fittings — installer-friendly, reliable sealing
Launched Handhole system in partnership with Maxis - replacing overhead wires with clean underground routes
Introduced Siphonic Rainwater Drainage System; partnered with Zhongcai Group Co., Ltd.; Chezy is now a both design, supplier and installer of siphonic systems - the complete package.

Product-Level Verification
- Top Access Floor Trap: Certified to BS EN 1253, including 66mm water seal with 90 L/s discharge flow rate.
- Side Flow Floor Trap: Certified to BS EN 1253 and a fully embedded system.
- Mechanical Fittings: Tested and certified to SIRIM 11-2017 with clear fully tightened indication.
- Handhole: Certified to BS EN 13598-1 / EN 13598-1:2003 and BS EN 1253-4 / EN 1253-4:2003 for the cover and frame.
- Siphonic Rainwater Discharge System: Design according to BS 8490 standard, supply and install with 12 years warranty on the system.
