CHEZY 1 TOP ACCESS FLOOR TRAP MAINTENANCE
1. Make sure all the pipe joints are securely installed. 2. Connect one end of the pipe assembly to a ball valve (highest point preferred) and the other end to a hydraulic pressure hand test pump. 3. Pump the pipe assembly to 20 bar. Several pumping is required to maintain and stabilise the pressure at 20 bar. 4. Once the pressure stabilises at 20 bar, maintain the pressure for 5 minutes. 5. After 5 minutes, quickly release the pressure by opening the hand pump pressure release valve. Once the pressure rapidly drops to 7 bar, quickly shut the hand pump pressure release valve. 6. Observe for the change in pressure reading. 7. Results A. PASS IF Pressure reading rises/ remains static over 30 minutes. This result shows that there is no leak in the system. B. FAIL IF On closing the pressure release valve at 7 bar, the pressure in the system should increase or be maintained. If the pressure does not increase or remains static, it fails the test. If the needle in the pressure gauge does not increase or remain stationary, there is a leakage in the system.

CHEZY MECHANICAL FITTINGS (PN12.5 & PN16)
Parts in contact with water are made in Nylon 6, WRAS approved material, entirely safe for human consumption. Tested to SIRIM 9:2017 to PN16 (16 bar) and SPAN approved. European design locking, prevent self unwinding of cartridge and valve body. Has the option of delivering the parts separately (prevents unavoidable incidents like surface scratches and theft). Comes with long leveler (used in brick wall, also ensures the valve is installed at 90°) and flat leveler (used in shear wall). Both the levelers allow pressure test to be carried out during construction phase. Wrench and wall hacking free. The cartridge can be separate from the body using hand force, no tool or hacking process in required. Combination of more than 60 types of valve designs!
