Chezy Handhole (Patented)
The use of this advanced technology, Chezy Handhole surpasses the handholes being used by the existing telecommunication industry for mini trenching and mini pit. The clear opening into the Handhole is 315mm after removing the cover.

Advantages
Standard Chezy Handhole Configuration
Weighing only 5kg including the cover, the lightweight Handhole is easy to handle without cranes or heavy machinery. It can be installed using a 600mm auger without an excavator, helping improve installation speed by up to 300% and reduce overall costs.
Twelve (12) 40mm Openings with Plugs
The Handhole base features 12 plugged sockets for incoming 40mm HDPE pipes. Simply remove the required plugs to accommodate multiple connections through a single Handhole, providing greater flexibility and cost savings.
Standard Chezy Handhole Configuration
Tested to withstand loads of up to 1.5 tons (Class L15), the Handhole is suitable for areas with light vehicular traffic, including commercial and public spaces. The cover is also UV-stabilized and slip-resistant.
Rotatable Base
The rotatable base allows incoming cable pipes to connect from virtually any angle, independent of the cover position. This provides greater installation flexibility around curbs, drains and other site conditions.
Extendable Depth
Standard Handhole depth ranges from 300mm to 360mm. Where additional depth is required, the extendable riser allows installation depths of up to 500mm.
Durable, Chemical-Resistant Materials
The cover and collar are made from high-impact ABS resin, while the base uses highly chemical-resistant polypropylene. These materials provide excellent resistance to ground chemicals and varying pH conditions.
Six-Step Handhole Installation Sequence
Base Preparation
Ensure that no gravel, stone, or sand is larger than 10mm pressing against the Handhole
Handhole Placement
Place the handhole in the ground, making sure it is level and secure. Ensure 10mm gap between the collar and pipe sockets.
Cable Placement
Install all necessary cables, conduits, and other content to the base of handhole. Use cable ties or other fasteners to secure the cables in place to prevent any movement or damage.
Backfill
Fill the remaining space around the handhole with soil or other suitable material of less than 10mm size, back fill tightly around the handhole to provide stability.
Concrete Surround
Pour concrete (6 inch × 6 inch) around the handhole to secure it in place.
Handhole Cover Placement
Install the water-tight handhole cover or lid to protect the contents of the Chezy Handhole. Ensure the handhole cover is flush with the ground level.
