Patented Chezy Adaptor Stop Valve
Chezy Adaptor Stop Valves are designed for direct connection with PE100 PN16 HDPE rated pipes, cutting installation time and costs.
The usage of this stop valve allows for jointing directly to HDPE pipes without the use of MTA (Male Thread Adaptor), cutting labour time in half with just 2 joints instead of 4, while eliminating the need for Teflon/White tape and leakages at ΜΤΑ connections. Save time and money with CHEZY.

Patented Chezy Adaptor Stop Valve Installation Method

Step 1
Turn nut clockwise towards body till it stops.
Step 2
Push pipe over barbs onto the body until it stops.
Step 3
Hold the pipe by hand and turn the nut by hand anti-clockwise until it grips (bites) the outside of the pipe.
Step 4
Hold the pipe in place and lock the nut tight onto the pipe using a pipe wrench or spanner, to complete the joint. A white indicator becomes visible behind the nut when the nut is fully tightened, offering a “fool-proof” engineering solution for a quick and secure installation.
